Fuzion's Full-Service Package is ideal for couples who want a fully stress-free planning experience. From the day you say yes, we provide a seamless planning experience that will allow you to enjoy the process and look forward to your special day with enthusiasm and peace of mind that will allow you to enjoy being engaged. We work with you from the very beginning to help determine an appropriate budget. From there, we handle booking all of your vendors, create a one-of-a-kind design, put together your rental order, craft a detailed timeline, and attend to all the in-between wedding details. On the day of your wedding, you won't have to think about a thing. Walk down the aisle with a smile, while we handle everything behind the scenes and attend to you and your family's needs.
Champagne Service
Our Day-Of Planning Package is great for couples who have already selected their ideal venue and the majority of their vendors, but still need help bringing their vision to life. Couples who choose this package will have a chance to kick back and relax the last few months leading up to their wedding knowing that everything is being managed and cross-checked by a wedding professional. This package is great for couples who have a bit more time on their hands, but who still want champagne-level service on the day of their wedding!
With a Twist Service
This package is best suited for nonprofits and corporations who have the time to handle all the planning themselves but who want an expert who understands their mission and objectives to take the lead on planning their event. Let our professional coordinators take care of all the little details so that everything runs smoothly for your guests. PLEASE NOTE: This package is not available to couples looking to get married.
EVENT ASSISTANT
a. Each event includes an assistant.
b. $50/hr. for each additional assistant per 250 guests after initial 300 guest
c. Travel fee depending on location outside of Yakima, WA.
d. Hotel expense depending on location outside of Yakima, WA.
HOSPITALITY TEAM - Minimum 4hrs.
a. Hospitality Lead $60/hr. + $50 Gratuity per 4 hrs.
b. Wait Staff $40/hr. + $50 Gratuity per 4 hrs.
c. Travel fee depending on location outside of Yakima, WA.
PRODUCTION TEAM- Minimum 2hrs
a. Set-up and Cleaning staff
b. $150/2hrs
c. Travel fee depending on location outside of Yakima, WA.
