EVENT ASSISTANT
a. Each event includes an assistant.
$50/hr. for each additional assistant per 250 guests after initial 400 guest

HOSPITALITY TEAM - Minimum 4hrs.
a. Hospitality Lead $60/hr. + $50 Gratuity per 4 hrs.
b. Wait Staff $40/hr. + $50 Gratuity per 4 hrs.
c. Travel fee depending on location outside of Yakima, WA.

PRODUCTION TEAM
a. Set-up and Cleaning $150 per 4 hrs.

We work with you from the very beginning to help determine an appropriate budget. From there, we handle booking all of your vendors, create a one-of-a-kind design, put together your rental order, craft a detailed timeline, and attend to all the in-between wedding details. On the day of your wedding, you won't have to think about a thing. Walk down the aisle with a smile, while we handle everything behind the scenes and attend to you and your family's needs.

  • Assist in selection and ordering of all printed materials including save the dates, invitations, escort cards, place cards, programs, etc.

Champagne Service
Our Day-Of Planning Package is great for couples who have already selected their ideal venue and the majority of their vendors, but still need help bringing their vision to life. Couples who choose this package will have a chance to kick back and relax the last few months leading up to their wedding knowing that everything is being managed and cross-checked by a wedding professional. This package is great for couples who have a bit more time on their hands, but who still want champagne-level service on the day of their wedding!

  • Offer vendor consultation and a list of preferred vendors when first booked
  • Cross-check all wedding contracts and vendor rental orders
  • Create detailed layouts
  • Execute the overall wedding vision
  • Create and maintain a detailed timeline of the entire wedding weekend
  • Create a ceremony processional and ceremony seating chart
  • Final walk through with venue, caterer, and other vendors
  • Direct the proceedings of the ceremony rehearsal and ceremony

This package is best suited for nonprofits and corporations who have the time to handle all the planning themselves but who want an expert who understands their mission and objectives to take the lead on planning their event. Let our professional coordinators take care of all the little details so that everything runs smoothly for your guests. PLEASE NOTE: This package is not available to couples looking to get married.
